I didn’t know that I had it in me.

One of my strongest Spring and Summer memories from my childhood was sitting at home shortly after dinner watching television with my mother.

The patio door would be open and the sun would be setting down over the pine trees. Despite my father and myself having vicious allergies to grass and hay fever, my father would be out mowing the lawn with the tractor.

The local evening news would come to a close and despite the fact that it was a non-ratings season, US networks would roll out a special variety show on early Saturday nights:
